We also think you'll like the open feel to our business (something you don't get at the dealer) - speaking directly with the mechanic who will work on your car. And you won't get the waiting in line, bad customer service or inflated prices you get at the dealer.

If you need to drop off your car and go to work, we're happy to shuttle you to your office. Should you be in a bind without a vehicle, we can help with a BMW loaner. If you live too far away from our shop, we'll come and pick up your car from you and deliver it when it's finished. We try to be as accommodating as we can be.
